Are the vehicles guaranteed?
  • The pedal cars come with a manufacturer’s one year guarantee.
  • The battery powered cars come with manufacturers one year guarantee on the body and manufacturers six month guarantee on the electrical system.

If on purchasing a powered vehicle the battery or charger are found to be faulty Turbo Toys will replace them free of charge.

Do the vehicles conform to UK safety standards?

All vehicles conform to the highest EU safety standards. The vehicles are manufactured in Italy and carry the CE mark.

Yes all our prices include VAT

What payments methods do you accept? We accept secure payments by:
  • PayPal (for payment by all major credit and debit cards including Switch and Delta)
  • Bankers Draft
  • Personal Cheque
  • Postal Orders

What are the delivery charges to non-UK mainland addresses?

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles and Scilly Isles there is a delivery charge the rate of which depends on the size and weight of your order. Typically this will be between £5 and £58. Please email us at info@turbotoys.co.uk if you require additional information.

When would I receive my delivery?

UK mainland deliveries are by courier and usually take between 2-5 working days. Please email us at info@turbotoys.co.uk for deliveries outside the UK mainland.

For urgent and Saturday deliveries the customers order should be placed before 12.00pm on day of purchase (Monday to Friday only) to arrive by next day delivery.

Is there an extra charge for next day and Saturday deliveries?

Yes, there is a small extra cost for this service. Please telephone us or email us.

Can I return the vehicle if I have changed my mind?

Yes, if the vehicle you receive is not what you want please contact us for instructions on how and where to return the item. This policy is subject to the following requirements;

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the vehicle.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and be resaleable.
  • The cost of returning the vehicle will be at the customer’s expense.
